I wear a womans's 7.5 about 80% of the time, a woman's 8 the other 20% of the time, and I ordered an 8. The toe box in the shoe is maybe a quarter-inch short, but it is really wide which is awesome. I do wish the material allowed the shoe to be laced a little tighter, that would definitely help with the toe box being a little short if I could shove my foot further back in the shoe. The footbed is SUPER comfortable, though, with a very squishy pad under the heel. I unfortunately can't speak to arch support, but I think it's pretty good (I just have flat feet, so no arch support needed).

The material is pretty stiff, so breaking them in is definitely necessary. I do wish the treads were grippier, on tile I have nearly fallen a few times, and I will probably end up either sanding or cutting the tread to add some friction. The shoes are heavy but not in a tiring way. The bolts on the soles are well connected, I have accidentally kicked them together a few times—I have a narrow step—and have no concern over them coming off or breaking. Construction feels particularly sturdy, I will hopefully get years out of these shoes!
