I can tell from how these feel that they’re made well, and thats a big thing for alternative boots! They're also super adorable!
However, I typically wear a UK 5 and these boots are a bit narrower than Im used to. Some what too small in the toe box and the deal breaker is that the top seam where the tongue joins with the rest of the boot is considerably low and these are a vegan leather boot so they wont break in the way a leather boot would (It would be really painful and destroy the material). The length is right for the size but I’m going to exchange them and try a 6, which unfortunately has the possibility of being too long and maybe still not tall enough, we’ll see.

I live in these boots. Do they run small, yes. I reward all the reviews and ordered a 6 instead of a 5. (All my other tuk are 5s). They fit so good in the foot. The ankle is a bit big. Was worried about rolling an ankle. But I’ve gotten used to wearing them. And I wear taller socks and roll them on my ankle to thicken it. And lace tight.
I also got these in the knee high. Just ordered the burgundy velvet (from their outlet site) and I want the solid black. Tuk is one of the best shoes companies.

I am usually a size 8.5. The 9s are perfect. Def recommend going up if you’re a half-sizer. Freaking cute and comfy!

These boots are everything you could ever want in a platform combat boot. They fit very true to size, are incredibly comfortable - I wore these to a concert day 1, standing 80% of the time & walked around a massive state fair for 8 hours within the first week with little to no foot pain - and very easy to walk in! I’m a bit clumsy and have not rolled my ankle or tripped in these - the platform is well balanced and incredibly stable. The distressed finish makes me feel more comfortable wearing these out to larger events and outdoors without “ruining” them. I have scuffed them once or twice on some concrete steps, with no visible damage. They look ultra cute with leggings, skinny jeans, and tights with shorts or a skirt. Very versatile style and new favorite staple in my wardrobe. I can’t wait to wear these to Salem in November! T.U.K. provides quality that can’t be beat - I will be back for more styles, absolutely.

Absolutely cute boots, sizes definitely run small. I'm usually a size 5 in women's however I went up a size to get a better fit. I also have a wider foot so sizing up was definitely a must. Aside from that I love TUK and would definitely recommend these boots!
