Our Tattoo Creeper project is a way to collaborate with talented artists to add their spin on our creepers. We love working with creatives in any capacity & we want to see the world from their lens. To check out more of Halloween Herbivore's work head to their Instagram

How would you describe your art style?

My style is influenced by traditional tattoos, but modernized to be a mix of cute and spooky. I love adding “glitter” to my art to make it sparkle.

What was your process when coming up with this design? Was there a specific source of inspiration you drew from?

For this design, I started by sketching it out on my iPad so I could see how much space I had to work with on the shoes. I wanted a design that popped against the black and white, and after testing out a few options, I went with candy corn. I knew I wanted to do something Halloween treat related and the shape/colors just made sense!

What is your favorite piece you’ve done and why

One of my favorite pieces is my coffee flash sheet. It combines my two favorite things - Halloween and caffeine!

What inspired you to pursue a career in the arts?

I’ve been drawing since I could hold a crayon, and it’s been my goal to be an artist for as long as I can remember. I mostly painted and then had a tattoo apprenticeship before the pandemic. I started drawing digitally in 2020 and my Instagram blew up! I love creating things that make me happy and to share that with others who feel the same is truly heartwarming.
